On a production area of approximately 3,500 m², we develop and manufacture high-quality elastomer products for various applications. Our product range includes rubber profiles, rubber molded parts, rubber-metal connections, rubber-plastic connections, and frames with injected or preformed corners.

The elastomers we manufacture are heat and cold resistant as required, resistant to oils, fats, or aggressive chemicals, as well as resistant to other environmental and weather influences.

Our manufacturing encompasses a large number of equipment and machinery, enabling proper production for rubber molded parts, profiles, as well as rubber connections from small batch sizes to industrial series production.

All elastomers produced by us are manufactured in precisely the rubber quality necessary and optimal for their specific application area – for example, fire protection according to EN45545 HL3 R23, gas approval according to EN682, drinking water quality according to UBA and W270, or FDA compliance.

We process nearly all rubber compounds such as EPDM, NBR, SBR, CR, NR, HNBR, Butyl, Viton®, Silicone, and ECO. Different colors are also not a problem for us.
